As a former bunhead herself, dance shows have always had a special place in Stephanie’s heart. Her work as Lighting Director has included that with Mark Morris Dance, Pilobolus, David Dorfman Dance, Ajkun Ballet Theatre, Rioult, Ellen Sinopoli Dance, Brian Brooks Moving Company, Paul Taylor Dance, The Russian National Ballet, New York Theatre Ballet, in addition to a dozen or so local dance studios. Whether the piece is a three year old’s first tap dance on stage, or a professional company’s wild, multi-media piece about a city rebuilding from a river of steel in the aftermath of destruction, Stephanie’s goal is always the same: to do whatever needed to make the beauty of the movement come to life for the audience.
